To obtain a Talan Botanical Voucher, you will exchange your Fragrant Log x30 as well as your 2 Half-materia from artifice III to Talan.
To collect the Fragrant Log, head to the Central Forest - Brancharquée Ranch at 06:00, Slot 6.
You will need a Talan Mining Credit, Mammon Ice Ax, and 1 Divine Mastery Demi-materia to get your Mammon Supra Ice Ax.
To obtain a Talan Mining Credit, you will exchange your Anteumbral Rock x 30 NQ as well as your 2 Half-materia from artifice III to Talan.
Anteumbral Rock is harvested at East Thanalan, Dry Bones Camp at 02:00, Slot 7.
You will need a Talan Fishing Voucher, Alcyon Fishing Rod, and 1 Divine Mastery Demi-materia to obtain your Supra Alcyon Fishing Rod.
To obtain a Fisherman's Credit From Talan, you will exchange an Olgoi-Khorkhoi as well as your 2 Demi-materia from artifice III to Talan.
To fish for Olgoi-Khorkhoi, go to the southern Thanalan at the Oasis Forgotten then at the Dunes of Sagolii. You can fish it 24 hours a day, but only during a period of scorching weather.
You will need at least 360 collection. I recommend you as food Spinach Quiche.
