Yes, you read that right. And no, I was not on the wrong site! There are now Jumping Puzzles in World of Warcraft. Our colleagues from Wow head have indeed discovered 3 high perched places. I deliver the translations to you with one of their screenshots because I cannot access 2 places anyway (being from the Horde). As soon as possible, we will of course publish a guide with the locations and everything that goes well to be able to accomplish them in good conditions!
Crag Leaping
It is located east of Daggermaw Ravine. This is the most complicated because it requires very small jumps to go up with even a back jump at a time! If we arrive safely to the top, we find the Crag-Leaper's Cache containing boots (Crag-Leaping Boots) with gold and some garrison resources.
As with others, and depending on the place on the upper platform, there could be a rare soon.
Hypnocros
Much simpler, here you just have to jump from a waterfall at the edge of the summit of Moonwillow in Shadowmoon Valley. It is imperative to aim for the purple tree trunk and hope to fall on it because going back up is a bit long ... too long! If all goes well, then you just have to go up the trunk to reach a rocky path that goes up to the cave of Hypnocroak.
Hypnocroak itself is a rather simple rare that gives glasses (Hypnosis Goggles). You just have to think about getting out of its damage zone, the hypnotic gas (Hypnotic Gaze!).
Circle of Blood's Best Seats
It's almost too simple to really be called a Jumping Puzzle but since you have to jump at least once, you can afford to talk about it. You have to climb to the top of a tower before dropping onto a platform below. As a reward, we obtain a chest containing alcohol, gold and a block of ice which quickly melts as soon as it is in our bag.
What do you think ? Personally, I have always hated this style of challenge. Not being a fan of platform games and, I must admit, not being very good at aiming, this has the gift of annoying me. Finally, if these jumping puzzles remain at the level presented here, I think I will get there and therefore have fun (or at least not be disgusted by it).
