The government's fears proved to be well-founded, as the attacks took place at regular intervals. From time to time, the monstrosity came out of the sea to attack South Korea and its neighbors. The omniac learned clashes and often reconfigured, appearing in a new form with different weapons and abilities. Each incident ended in a draw, the monstrosity defeated but not destroyed.
As the omniac continues to adapt, he ends up destroying the MEKA drone control network, forcing the army to install pilots in the mechs. In a desperate search for suitable candidates, the government turned to the country's professional gamers, who possessed the reflexes and instinct to operate the advanced weapon systems of the mechanics. The biggest stars were enlisted, including the reigning world champion, Hana Song, alias "D.Va". Known for her unparalleled skills, D.Va was a rabid competitor who played to win, no matter what, and she had a well-earned reputation for being ruthless towards her opponents.
Viewing his new missions as a game, D.Va charges into battle along with the rest of his MEKA unit, ready to defend his country at any moment. She recently started broadcasting her combat operations live to her fans, so many that she has become a global celebrity.

Offensively
On offense, D.Va is a character who can and must play aggressively. Its MECA as well as its Defensive Matrix (E) allow him to stay in the thick of the fight for a long time.
