How to Change Appearance in Monster Hunter World
Nothing could be simpler, just go to your room. You can then interact with the box at the entrance. You will see at the bottom of the menu the option to change appearance. A new screen will appear with options for hair, eyebrows, facial hair, makeup, and clothes.
On the other hand, if you want to change your gender in Monster Hunter World, that is not possible, sorry. At the same time, rest assured, the only major change is in the appearance of the armor.
How to hide your helmet in Monster Hunter World

If the game does not allow you to join the quest, it is probably because you have not progressed enough yet. You will also not be able to redo the story quests, only possibly helping friends who have not yet done their own quests.
After doing a quest with friends, if you want to go on an expedition, you can go back to the camp (not to the hub!). You can then choose the next destination (each person in the group will have to make the same choice for it to work correctly).
How to pause a solo game

In particular, you will have to look for the armor providing: Attack Boost (Attack Bonus), Critical Eye (Critical Eye), Affinity Sliding (Affinity Sliding which increases affinity temporarily after a slide) and Critical Draw (Critical Landing which increases the chance of critical hits when doing an air attack).
It should be noted that these skills, in addition to increasing affinity, will however lower the critical rate! Conversely, skills that increase crit rate will decrease affinity. It's up to you to juggle these skills and choose what you prefer!

You will need to be of maximum rank, this feature can be unlocked in expert mode (at the same time as the 6-star quests, alpha and beta armor ..). You will get your first gem from the blacksmith and you can insert it into pieces of equipment that have slots. From the blacksmith, you will have a list of the equipment that supports the jewels as well as those in your possession. Locations and jewels have levels: a location must be at the same level or higher than the jewel.
To get slots, you will need to upgrade your weapons. For armor, you'll need to create beta versions (which feature a skill and location), unlike alpha ones which only feature two skills (and no location). Then you can unlock your second field at rank 8 or higher by completing the quest "Harmful pests" (4 stars). To complete this elimination quest, travel to the Putrid Vale to kill 14 Hornetaurs (they can be found near the monster carcasses). The third location is unlocked with the 7-star quests, "Talons of Ire and Ice" will ask you to hunt in the same quest a Legiana and a high-ranking Odogaron.
How to ride a monster
Even if the technique is not easy to master (depending a lot on the monster in front, the scenery and / or the weapon you use), riding monsters allows you to inflict substantial damage with relative safety. A technique to master absolutely. To start, it's best to find a high place: climb the scenery, use advanced climbing skills, ask a friend to get thrown. At worst, everything can be done from the ground up. It's all a matter of timing to successfully use a flight attack at the right time (with the jump key) to end up on the mountable part of the animal (head, back or tail). From there, you have to keep attacking and hold on despite the monster's attempts. You may also need to move from a mountable location to avoid taking damage.

How to find Rathian traces

How to get Horizon Zero Dawn armor for your Palico
In Monster Hunter World, you can collect armor from Horizon Zero Dawn. To do this, you will need to complete the quest "Lesson of the Wilderness" for characters of rank 6 or higher (mission of 5 star difficulty), asking to kill 8 Barnos in the arena (flying creatures that require attacking at distance).
You can also help the Tzitzi-Ya-Ku monster who spins around the arena to knock the Barnos down to the ground. To do this, attack him and wait for him to deploy his crest to emit a stunning flash to everyone in front of him. In addition to knocking the Barnos to the ground, they will target him, one stone two birds! As a reward, you will receive components needed to create the armor.
