Starter : do not expect to go to the area in a flying mount, you will be tired beforehand! To reach the island in the far northeast, it is necessary to carry out a small quest. Go to Townlong Steppes, Shado-Pan Garrison and speak to Vereesa Windrunner / Scout Captain Elsia, who will give you the Storm brewing / The storm brewing quests, respectively. If you ever need to return to the island, a portal will be available next to these same NPCs.
