In The Sims 4, our teens as well as our seniors can work. Of course, these jobs are part-time careers. Unlike the old games, here, all careers are permanently available. For that, you just have to click on the phone or on the computer.

Regarding development possibilities, there are only three career levels in each branch. You will have at your disposal requirements and ideal moods to get promotions as for adult careers.
Teenagers will then have to juggle school lessons and homework and meet their needs before they leave for work. Our senior friends will need to rest between each working day.
