And yet another new patch deployed on the PTS, already the fourth! At least we can't say that they don't test before!

Classes + Combat
Jedi Consular
Scholar
- Activating Noble Sacrifice now grants you Exhaustion, reducing your Force regeneration rate by 2 for 10 seconds. This effect can charge 4 times. Following internal and community feedback, we found that the previous version of Noble Sacrifice led to overly simplified resource management. By adding the Exhaustion debuff, we want to provide more complex Force management and avoid the abuse of Noble Sacrifice.
Protection
- The Noble Sacrifice's Resplendent effect has been extended: Using Noble Sacrifice and consuming a charge of Resplendent does not grant you Exhaustion. This change encourages Protection Scholars to use Noble Sacrifice with a charge of Resplendent in order to avoid the Exhaustion debuff. We now want a synergy between Noble Sacrifice and Resplendent and this change was made to maintain positive Force regeneration when the two are used in sync.
- Amnesty has been reworked to include the new Depletion debuff: Spending a charge of Resplendent with Noble Sacrifice grants you Amnesty, restoring 2 Strength every second for 10 seconds if you are not weakened by Exhaustion, otherwise it will remove a charge of 'Exhaustion. The Amnesty effect will be lost if Noble Sacrifice is activated without a charge of Resplendent. This change is aimed at Force management, rewarding players who use Noble Sacrifice wisely. By properly using Shine charges with Noble Sacrifice, Protection Scholars will gain the same healing potential as in the previous patch.
Sith Inquisitor
Wizard
- Consuming Darkness now grants you Exhaustion, reducing your Force regeneration rate by 2 for 10 seconds. This effect can charge 4 times. Following internal and community feedback, we found that the previous version of Consume Darkness led to overly simplified resource management. By adding the Exhaustion debuff, we want to provide more complex Force management and avoid Dark Consumption abuse.
Corruption
- The Force Surge effect of Consume Darkness has been extended: Using Consume Darkness and consuming a charge of Force Surge does not grant you Exhaustion. This change encourages Protection Scholars to use Consume Darkness with a Force Surge charge in order to avoid the Exhaustion debuff. We now want a synergy between Consumption of Darkness and Surge of Force and this change was made to maintain positive Force regeneration when the two are used in sync.
- Reverse Corruptions has been reworked to include the new Depletion debuff: Spending a Force Surge charge with Dark Consumption grants you Reverse Corruptions, restoring Force 2 every second for 10 seconds if you are not weakened by Exhaustion, otherwise it will remove a charge of Exhaustion. The effect of Reverse Corruptions will be lost if Noble Sacrifice is activated without a Force Surge charge. This change is aimed at Force management, rewarding players who use Dark Consumption wisely. By properly using the Force Surge charges with Consume Darkness, Protection Scholars will gain the same healing potential as in the previous patch.
lightning
- Lightning Blast has been modified to match Scholar Telekinesis' Turbulence ability. We fixed a bug where the Lightning Blast projectile hit the target faster than its Republic version, giving benefits in certain situations.
War Zones
- The medals for Arenas (this change does not affect War Zones) have been adjusted to better reward players who participate meaningfully in their role. Additionally, the number of kills has been reduced to better reflect the content.
- Soldier's Medal now requires 4 kills, down from 10.
- Commando Medal now requires 8 kills, down from 25.
- Medal of Healer now requires 150,000 healing, down from 90,000.
- Savior's Medal now requires 650,000 healing, down from 360,000.
- Protector's Medal now requires 150,000 protection, down from 60,000.
