Petals
The lack of money will quickly be felt, between your pet to feed and the equipment to buy. You're going to have to sell some odds and ends. First, you can turn your lumber into lumber for sale to merchants. With your first deniers, buy a butterfly net at 60 Petals. It is available at the grocery store:

Other items can be collected for sale, such as acorns and insect buds in the forest, seashells, coral on the beach. You can also pick mushrooms and keep them for cooking. There are also lost items, lootboxes. Keep your eyes open!

Harvest, create, cultivate
You'll quickly get a few tools, but you'll additionally need to purchase a pickaxe in order to collect stones. To collect materials such as wood, stone, select the appropriate tool with your mouse, then left click on the tree, the rock. The little trick to save time is to keep the left click pressed to collect more material at once. Remember to pick it up with right click on it.
Sowing seeds quickly is based on the same principle: keep the left click pressed (with the package of seeds selected) then move forward on your plowed land. Watering also works this way. Note that you do not need to water when it rains.
Another necessary tool: the scythe (30 Petals). Available at the grocery store, it allows you to mow larger grasses and sometimes collect a few seeds.
Aliza will have explained to you how to use the workshops in the building store, but let's get back to that in a bit more detail. First of all, Aliza will give you your first recipe. You will have to learn it by placing it in your avatar's hand and then using it. By pressing TAB, you open your inventory, but also the list of recipes, in the last tab. For the recipe to appear on your screen, click in the round circle in front and a star will appear.
The recipe indicates which workshop you should use: the saw, the melting workshop, the tile workshop, the construction workshop ... Just place the materials on the left side of the workshop and then right click to make some. Don't forget to collect the material.
The masonry station, which is used for construction, will be one of the must-see purchases. You can find it in the construction store on a shelf. On the other hand, it costs 1000 Petals, so you will have to farm butterfly before buying it.
The building store, grocery store, and merchants have different merchandise every day. Prices also vary: butter can cost 570 petals one day, and 52 the next.
Your first construction
Ha, the joys of the first build ... This is where the gameplay could use some improvement. To build your first barn, you will place a sign helping you to define a minimum area to find your way and list the elements essential to the development of your building.
Then it's up to you! Go up the walls. For the roof, you must first put a series of tile blocks against the last block line of the walls. On this same row, place a new row of tiles on top. Subsequently, complete your "ceiling" line by line, to be able to continue to assemble the roof. Unlike brick blocks, you cannot place the tiles in a void, they need a support.
The task can be a bit daunting, the placement of the blocks being a bit finicky.
To make the angle between the two roof edges, place a block of tile last. It will round automatically.
We finish with blocks of flat red roofing, purchasable in the construction store. To place them correctly, click on the block where you want to "stick" your piece of flat roofing. Then release and the roof will be well placed.

Animals
Some loose tips:
- Take care of the well-being of all your animals. Target them and check them to see if they are missing anything
- You will soon receive a hen. To feed her, you will need a chicken feeder (180 Petals) and poultry food (70 Petals). Be careful, this beast is a little stupid. She will move away from the food and have the slab, but will be unable to go back the other way. I advise you either to lock him up or to enclose his land. It will also be more convenient for finding the eggs than combing the entire area of your farm.
- To milk your cows, you will need to acquire a milkmaid (80 Petals). It works like your usual tools: put it on shortcut and target the cow.
Cultivate according to the season
A Staxel season lasts 16 days and it's good to keep an eye on your calendar. Not all seeds can be planted at any time! Some can only be sown and harvested in spring, for example. You have to look on their box to see the season when you can sow them, but also how long it will take them to grow. If you sow in the summer but the shoot ends in the fall and your plant cannot stand it, then it is lost.
You can make "manure" (manure) by combining a block of dirt and cow dung. I have not yet had the opportunity to test, but it would bring wilted plants back to life.
Although this information is displayed on the seedling box, you only see it when you have it in your inventory. It is therefore impossible to consult this information when you have the box in hand or while you are buying it. Find below a table indicating which seasons support the seeds.
Some plants can be harvested several times without having to reseed them. These include, for example, tomatoes and cucumbers. The regrowth time indicated then means the time required for the next harvest. There are also perennials, that is, plants that do not die when their season is over. They will give back the next year.
To cook
Not all recipes are listed. While most can be learned, others are simply to be discovered. You don't need a recipe to cook a recipe, which can be economical!
