Hello to all visitors curious to discover the Oasis, a holiday village which recently opened its doors on Tatooine! My name is Ardaya, from the Battle Meditation server, and I will be your guide to help you discover my stay.
First of all, here are a few words of introduction. It is a village ruled by the Imperial Army that tries to accommodate all travelers from the four corners of the galaxy. Here there is no war, quarrels or plots. The only watchword is rest. Whether you are Republicans or Imperials, on the Dark or Light side, a simple smuggler or a high dignitary, this vacation center will satisfy all of you!
My stay begins by landing in the vast hangar, where large shuttles arrive loaded with travelers eager to rest in this idyllic place.
Once out of the shuttle, a mandatory passage is through the check-in gate where the security droids carefully scan me. The Imperials are checking that my passport is in order, that I am not carrying any dangerous items, and that I have no contagious diseases. This is necessary in order to guarantee safety in the village.
While I successfully complete this step, it seems that an illegal smuggler is having a bad quarter of an hour with the welcoming committee.
In this hangar, the eyes of newcomers first fall on the gallery of statues, like an appetizer to inspire their wonder.
I then pass in front of the planetary terminal, the information screen and the waiting room for the boat. I observe in the distance the command center which manages the flow of the ships, but it is strictly reserved for the imperial personnel.
Then I head for the exit, passing the queue of vacationers who have already finished their stay.
I then arrive on a small square which immediately plunges us into a relaxing atmosphere. Welcome cocktails and Twi'lek dancers will welcome you to wish you a good stay.
Here is a dream swimming pool bordered by majestic palm trees and lush vegetation. It is by seeing this place that we understand where the name of the village comes from: “the Oasis”, a source of freshness in the middle of the desert plains of Tatooine. It is a unique and paradisiacal place for any holidaymaker wishing a total change of scenery, far from the tumult of everyday life. Relax by the pool, in the shade of palm trees, in the company of our charming dancers, and enjoy a tasty cocktail from our wide choice!
Aaah I would stay in this pool for hours! Oh, excuse me, it might be time to continue the tour.
I take the stairs to reach the central square, a place of life and exchanges where vacationers often meet to chat over a drink or play a few games of dejarik. Here you will have a breathtaking view of the fireworks organized each evening.
I then go to the reception desk. It is the administrative heart of the village, where all the files of customers who have stayed are archived.
Receptionist: “Welcome to the Oasis village! Throughout your stay, I have to explain some rules to you. Please lay down all arms to ensure the safety of the premises. If you have pets, please leave them at the animal refuge provided for this purpose to ensure the cleanliness of the village. Of course, you can collect your belongings at the end of your stay. I climb the stairs, and I head for the animal refuge, well guarded by the imperial.
Well, I have to leave you there, my little Kowakan monkey. Don't worry, it's temporary and you'll make lots of new friends!
Next to this refuge is also the platform which receives all the goods and other foodstuffs to meet the needs of the villagers.
Nearby, we can see the solar reactor which supplies the entire village with energy.
I walk a little further towards the small market which has a seller of speeders (essential for visiting the surroundings of the village), spare parts and objects of all kinds ... Perhaps I would find some souvenirs there. bring back.
I go back down the stairs through the small meditation room dedicated to Light.
Then I take a large, bright corridor that winks at the Republic.
I then arrive in a small courtyard with lush vegetation where there is a workbench that repairs all the faulty droids in the village. Yes, we must not forget our little droids, essential to ensure all the maintenance service, water the many plants and keep the place clean.
The village also thinks of the Siths by offering them the opportunity to meditate in the Chapel of Darkness during their stay.
This area also has a fitness center. Confide in our masseuses and treat yourself to a moment of relaxation thanks to the many services it offers such as massage, rejuvenating kolto tub or Zakelian light solarium for a 100% natural tan! And even the Jawas are entitled to their jacuzzi!
After this long walk, I would go have a little drink at the neighborhood casino. Apparently, they have the best Jawa beers in all of Tatooine!
Oh oh ... but it looks like something happened! The imperial police arrived on the scene and prohibited access to the villagers. Raaah, my throat is so dry that I would do anything to taste one of their specialty. I'll sneak in stealth mode!
It seems that some underground Mandalorians attracted by the greed have taken the casino by storm! What a waste, they totally devastated it!
The fate of the bartender seems compromised under the orders of the assailant: "Empty the cash register and give me all the credits or give up life!" "
My heart is beating fast but I try to keep my cool to avoid being spotted. Any mistake could be fatal.
Oh… how lucky, there is still a bit of Corellian nectar on the table! I take it discreetly and rush out of the room. Well, it's not Jawa beer, but ultimately it's not that bad.
After this adventure, it's time to go to rest in the large hotel, located in front of the swimming pool. In his spacious and bright lobby, the receptionist greets me with a big smile: “Welcome to the Hôtel de l'Oasis! The rooms and the restaurant are located upstairs. Choose from one of our themed rooms. I wish you a pleasant stay with us. "
I take the elevator to get to the relaxation lounge. Even on vacation one can stay on top of the bargains in the galactic market. An all-in-one kiosk is at your disposal, with letterbox and integrated bunkers, ideal for shopaholics! Some slot machines are also present to distract you. But beware, it is your bank account that may not get much rest!
I then discover the dining room. Located on the balcony, it gives a breathtaking view of the Tatooine sunset whose soft glowing glow reflects off the sea of sand. *
I hope you like grilled meat because tonight's menu is Tuk'ata barbecue!
On either side of the restaurant are themed rooms, each with their own particularities.
The first being the red room, especially recommended for vacationers who come alone. It offers a warm atmosphere with the choice of a slave (dancer or dancer) to keep you company… Ah! Too bad this room is already occupied by this Révanite!
The second is the green room, rather recommended for couples on vacation. It is the ideal place if you prefer to sleep in lush vegetation, in communion with nature! It has a thermal shower and a small private barbecue to spend pleasant evenings in mind. But it looks like this room is already booked by a Rishien couple.
Well, all I have to do is choose the “camping” option. Finally, sleeping under the stars, isn't it more authentic to immerse yourself in the universe of Tatooine?

What I took away from this visit : I really like the concept of themed rooms. It's a great idea, and each has its own vibe. We fell in love with the Red room! I also really liked the dining room. In a fortress, I generally like the fact that you immediately identify the role of a room when you step into it, and in this room, it is.
