Highlights
- The group finder is now available! Players can use this feature to find groups for Flashpoints, Operations, or even missions across the galaxy!
- New Heritage enhancements are now available! Upgrades provide bonuses to your character and can be purchased with credits after reaching certain Legacy levels.
- The Alderaan Civil War warzone can now be played by two teams from the same faction.

General

Classes and combat
- General
- Some incorrect spanish and German power tooltips have been corrected and now correctly reflect the function of these powers.
- Some power visual effects optimizations have been made to improve the performance of the game client, especially when multiple player power effects are displayed simultaneously.
- Party members who have been defeated can no longer receive buffs.
- The visuals of the targets of ground AoE spells now appear in green if these spells are cast by allies (and therefore will not damage the player) and in red if they will damage the player.
- Tab targeting no longer takes mini-pets into account.

- Instant Fire and Burst Volley have changed positions in the skill tree.

- Burst Volley now ends the global cooldown of double shot increasing Alacrity by 10% and Energy regeneration by 50% for 10 seconds. Its cooldown is 45 seconds.

Assault
- Target Lock has been redesigned and now grants Auto Fire and High Impact Shot 10% armor penetration per point.
Avant-garde
- Pulse Generator now only affects Pulse Cannon as described and now correctly applies its slowing effect.
- Ion Cell now generates 100% more animosity while active.
- Supercharged Ion Cell now increases damage from Ion Overload by 25%. While Ion Cell is active, High Impact Shot activates your Ion Cell against the target and against up to 4 additional nearby targets. Tailoring skills
- Players can now achieve critical success by crafting Relics, which adds one boost slot to the crafted item.

Weapons manufacturing- Modified Stylish Blaster Pistols now require a weapon crafting skill of 400 to learn blueprint and to craft. Players who have already learned the blueprint but have not reached 400 in weapon crafting retain the blueprint, but will not be able to craft it until they reach 400 in weapon crafting.
Biochemistry
- Doping drugs that could be crafted by Biochemists before Update 1.3 can no longer be used in PvP areas.
- Biochemists can now craft a warzone version of dope. Grade 6 PvP Crafting Boxes provide enough materials to craft 20-40 Dope.
- Attack dopants now reduce healing done by 20% while active.
- Triage Dopant damage penalties have been reduced from 50% to 20%.
- Level 48 Biochemistry consumables no longer require grade 5 materials to craft.
- Level 45-46 “Mind Manipulation” Implants now require “Parasitic Microorganisms” instead of “Red Jelly”.
Harvest skills
- Players can now pick up materials from corpses in combat. Taking damage will slow or negate this action.
- Partners can no longer harvest materials during combat.
Contentious areas and operations
General
- The number of fights against enemies has been reduced in The False Emperor, Taral V, Boarding Section and Directive 7 to match other Flashpoints.
- The loot rewarded in Flashpoint level 50 has been significantly improved. Bosses now drop gear that prepares players for Flashpoint on Hard difficulty.
- Daily Honors can now be earned from certain bosses in Level 50 Flashpoints and Hard Mode Flashpoints.
- Players now get Social Points for defeating Flashpoint and Operation bosses that match their level. No social point is obtained for defeating bosses that are more than three levels lower than the player.
Contentious area
- The drops for many end-game Flashpoints have changed:
- Affected bosses now give items directly instead of giving away tradable unassembled parts. All bosses have at least one valid item per equipment role. Many bosses now drop a variety of items (instead of items for a single armor slot). The distinctions and ingredients have also undergone minor changes.
- Story Mode Flashpoint drops have been redesigned to contain a variety of Artifact items. Artifact items include Head, Chest, Feet, Hand, and Leg pieces from sets that previously only included Heroic Planetary Boss Waist and Wrist pieces, as well as Xenotech and Tionist pieces that do not include no set bonus.

- Players no longer get stuck behind Interrogator if they avoid combat.
- A new save point has been added after encountering Bulwark. Groups defeated by Replicator and Mentor will have a much shorter cooldown.
Martel station
- The Light Bridge will now continue to function after the end of the Flashpoint.
Kaon's siege
- A tooltip has been added to the Festering Bite debuff inflicted by Rakghoul Super Soldiers.
Lost Island
- The maps in this Flashpoint have been improved.
- The ice effect on the Vorantikus is now displayed correctly.
Maelstrom Prison
- Players no longer need to complete or have the “The Jedi Trapped” mission to access story and hard modes in this Flashpoint.
