MSI lent us a very attractive configuration consisting of a MEG Aegis Ti5 12th PC and an Optix MEG381CQR Plus display.

The screen is curved and ultra wide (curve and wide), measuring 37.5 inches or almost 1 meter diagonally (95,25 cm to be precise), with a radius of 2300R. G-Sync compatible, the IPS panel displays a native resolution of 3840x1600 (WQHD) and a refresh rate that can go up to 175hz in Display Port (1 port), or 85hz in HDMI (2 ports). The screen can be adjusted by 10 cm in height, tilted from -5° to +15° and swiveled by 30° on each side. LEDs are integrated in the front and back of the screen. Finally, the power supply is integrated, which explains the 10 kilograms of the device!
The Optix MEG381CQR is equipped with an integrated webcam, a wire guide for the mouse, a support to put a webcam above the screen but also 3 USB 3.2 type A ports. Two microphone inputs and a 3.5mm jack type headphone socket complete the connectors.
A joystick on the back allows you to reach the settings of the screen. But it also has a mini screen which, with the Mystic Light application, allows you to adjust the audio volume or even launch games.
The screen is really very well made, the image is perfectly clear, the full immersion thanks to its size and all the customization options dreamed of to best adapt to its use. Frankly, I was very sad to have to send it back, even if I was able to take advantage of the PC test period (which you can follow below) to maximize my time spent with it! I have nothing to say except that, if your budget allows it, I always recommend that you go to a store to see if this one suits you!
MEG Aegis Ti5 12th
The computer is equipped with an Intel Core i7-12700K (12 cores / 20 threads) with liquid cooling, on a motherboard whose MS-B9391 model is equipped with a Z690 chipset, supported by 64GB of DDR5 -2400 (4800MHz). The graphics card is an RTX 3070 Ventus with 8Gb of memory. The storage space offers 2TB, Western Digital brand in NVMe, which can reach a maximum of 6600 MB/s in reading and 5000 MB/s in writing. From the point of view of communication, we will find two Ethernet ports, including one in 2.5GbE thanks to the Intel I225V chipset, a second of 1GbE with an Intel I219V chipset, but also WiFi 6E and Bluetooth in version 5.2. The sound part is taken care of by the Realtek ALC1220P. The 850W power supply is 80Plus Gold certified.
On the front, there are two USB 3.2 gen1 type A ports, one USB 3.2 gen2 type C port, and two 3.5mm jacks for Mic-In and Audio-Out. On the back, a USB 3.2 gen 2x2 type C, three USB 3.2 gen2 type A, two USB 2.0 type A, two PS2 ports, five 3.5 jack audio ports, and a Digital SPDIF port. With various and varied LED lighting. And especially. Above all, a small animated screen of the little MSI Dragon!
Regarding the design, we like it or not. In any case, I don't think it leaves anyone indifferent. About me, I like it. And Onidra too. Moreover, in this regard, she allows herself to add:
The case is really atypical, far from the usual rectangle of our classic computers (and mine, I must admit). Everything rests on a rear-facing foot, with the power supply at the front forming a luminous roller (we can see it clearly in the first photo). Although the set weighs its weight, a handle on the top makes it easy to pick up the machine and handle it, which is perfect for taking it out / putting it back in its box. In more everyday use, it is especially useful for leaning it over and thus accessing the rear sockets without difficulty.
I ran 3D Mark and PC Mark 10 (free of charge, you can find more information about these software on https://benchmarks.ul.com/). Windows 11 is already installed with and an antivirus that I will not name. For testing, I preferred to leave it as is, as an average user would. MSI Center is also already pre-installed. A lot of modules are also present, others will have to be downloaded, in order to configure the slightest setting that you want, including on the screen.
This PC is really well finished, whether on the overall appearance or the adjustment of the different elements of the case. The only big defect will remain at the noise level: without being excessively noisy, it is not silent either. And, of course, its generous graphics card brings a significant source of heat in this period of heat wave.

Conclusion
Of excellent craftsmanship, these two MSI products are made for demanding players who have a certain budget. Indeed, for the screen, count about €1, it is currently on Grosbill (Auchan) at €950 or LDLC at €1. The computer for its part sells from €939 on Rue du Commerce in its "MEG Aegis Ti1 949VTE-4EU" configuration. It goes up to €899 in its optimal "MEG Aegis Ti5 12VTJ-002EU" configuration.
