Last night, 3 packs were put on sale on the official Archeage website: the Precursor packs.
The biggest pack, Archeum, is at 134.99 € and offers in particular access to alpha and beta immediately, 11250 credits, as well as subscriber status for 90 days. If we assume that the subscription will be sold at the usual price of 35.97 € (price for Rift), and that we deduct the value of the credits (57 €), we therefore end up with virtual objects that cost "only "42 €. The list is quite long, however: 4 days early access, three titles (we get the titles of the other two packs), 6 Daru chests, 10 isoliths, 10 stones from the afterlife, a glider, an armor, a cloak, pet healing potions, and a reagent to bring your crest into play.
The second pack, Or, is at 89.99 € and allows access to the beta (so we will have to wait, the game is only in alpha). We also have fewer credits (only 7500) and a 60-day subscription. If we redo a little calculation as before (subscription at 12.99 € x 2 + 38 € of credits), the virtual objects cost 26.01 € for two titles (we also obtain the title of the Silver pack), an early access of 4 days, 10 isoliths, 10 stones from the afterlife, a glider and armor.
The smallest pack, Sterling silver, at 44.99 € also offers access to the beta but really very few credits (2500) and a subscriber status of only 30 days. Here, the virtual objects are at 19 € (if we deduct the 12.99 € subscription and the 13 € of credits), finally a little expensive for a title, an early access of 4 days and a basic glider (Experimental glider) .
You now know everything about these packs. Without a doubt, if you can afford it and plan to play for a while, the $ 134.99 big pack is the most profitable. But if you just want to get your foot in the door, the smaller is more than enough. Also, let's not forget that the game will be offered in free-to-play, so you can of course wait for it to come out and advise at that time! There will undoubtedly be new packs on sale during the life of the game ... although the titles of Pioneer, Explorer or Precursor will certainly be specific to this offer!
