I recently received an email from the Playrion studio, a spanish-speaking studio game at the origin of an aerial simulation available on iOS and Android, Airlines Manager 2. This application, which has already been downloaded 200 times, is an adaptation of the browser version which already accommodates more than 000 players. This makes them airplanes in the skies of Playrion!
It all started with the creation of the company, with a name, an airport serving as a hub (in the country of its choice) and the purchase of the first plane. Fortunately, for a good start, $ 300 is transferred to our account, enough to see it coming (even if managing planes quickly becomes very expensive).
Planes and runways are classified from 1 to 10, depending on the size of the aircraft, a longer or shorter runway is required. Any device will not be able to also reach any destination, having a different range of action. To be able to fly the devices and earn money, you have to invest in lines, that is to say choose a destination airport for your aircraft (s). Of course, you have to take into account the radius of action of each as well as the length of the airstrip in order to make a wise choice (and given the price of the lines, it is better not to have one unused). The tighter the schedule, the less the aircraft remains on the ground, and the more profitable the aircraft is. It is therefore necessary as much as possible to choose airports which allow to fall just on the number of possible flights per day without big holes.
Knowing that everything is done in real time. If the plane has to take off at 10:50 am, the related event will really resolve at 10:50 am real time! Fun even if it inevitably gives a rather slow pace of play (and all the more by increasing in level, all costing incredibly expensive).
The simulation goes into a lot of detail, because it is then possible to configure the price of almost anything and adapt according to supply and demand. If there are a lot of travelers, hop, a small increase in prices for even more profits, immediately stopped by a small promotion to bring back customers if they become too rare (we should not take off with unoccupied seats) . For my part, I played quite simply, buying planes with the recommended configurations, taking the lines displayed as the most profitable, opting for a schedule generated automatically at the selected rates. And everything is going pretty well for the moment although I could certainly grab a few bucks by looking more specifically at my finances.
